Kiss the back of her neck.
I like to catch her when she's at the bathroom mirror, but anytime will do. Sometimes I just kiss the back of her neck and stop there. Other times, when I have the inclination, I'll start at the back of the neck and work my way around to her lips.
Buy her flowers.
Don't buy her flowers when you've done something wrong or when she's mad at you. If you've done something wrong, or you have a part in her anger be adult and apologize. Be honest in your relationship, not manipulative. If she turns it back on you, then she's the wrong woman for you, move on.
Buy her flowers about once a month. Buy them because she's beautiful, because she's the mother of your children or she has a wonderful laugh. Don't buy the flowers on a strict schedule, buy them when you feel exuberant or you feel down, because the day is rainy or the traffic coming home was light or one of your kids just got into college or potty trained.
Buy flowers for Valentines day, your anniversary (first date or marriage) and Mother's day. Other than that, be random. If she knows that you are going to buy flowers on the third Tuesday of every month, some of the romance and all of the surprise goes out of it.
There is something to be said for consistency but it takes years to recognize and you don't have years; you need to let her know today just how much you love her.
Buy her a card.
The occasional card, touching her back or waist as you pass, or, if you're a little more serious, a hug, all convey warmth and involvement. Without quite intending to, I've talked to my wife every night of our life together, connecting by phone when she or I are away on a trip, otherwise in person. Mostly we talk about our day just to connect. Sometimes the conversation gets more serious and sometimes it's little more than two tired people who say "I love you" and go to sleep.
Real men buy flowers. You don't have to appreciate flowers, or know much of anything about them; the grocery store has nice bouquets at reasonable prices created by professionals who know about matching colors - you don't have to. Real men buy flowers because their women are important, and because they have a good relationship. Only insecure men are afraid to buy flowers for their women.,
None of this works if you have ulterior motives or are trying to start anything. Sometimes kissing the back of her neck leads on to other things, mostly not. I do it for the light that shines in her eyes and the sound of her laughter.
Buy her flowers. Do it for love.
